Your satisfaction is our highest priority! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please let us know during your visit or within SEVEN days of your purchase.Â
We are committed to making any needed corrections, however there are absolutely NO REFUNDS on products, tanning packages or spa services. Apparel and accessories must be in NEW, UNWASHED and UNWORN condition to be considered for exchange, with exchanges being issued on a case by case basis. Online Only apparel must be in original packaging with SKU clearly attached to be eligible for return only within FIVE business days of delivery. Return shipping will be at customers expense. Sunrise Tanning employees have the right to refuse any item which does not meet our requirements.
